Terms of Service

For the purpose, and in the Spirit of maintaining the integrity of our services, and the focus of this outreach and our mission, there are a couple outlined stipulations for our services.

1. Trail Charities reserves ALL rights concerning who we offer our services to and under what conditions our services are being rendered. Who, what, when, why, and how are completely at the sole discretion of Trail Associates at all times.
2. Trail Charities reserves ALL rights to refuse, suspend, or terminate any request and/or services in our sole discretion at any time, and without any prior notice.

With those items clearly stated, Trail Charities uses a simple approval process:

1. anyone interested in Trail Charities' services must submit a request form
2. upon receipt, our staff will review the request, evaluate whether or not it meets our preliminary approval criteria
3. if the request DOES meet our preliminary evaluation, a representative will contact you and set up a meeting to discuss your request in more detail
4. if the request DOES NOT meet our preliminary evaluation, a representative will contact you and discuss your request in more detail
5. once the request moves from the preliminary approval, and the request receives our final approval, the project discussions and arrangements will begin
6. based upon project commencement discussions, a Statement of Work, as well as, a Services Contract will be drafted
7. upon agreement, approval, and signing of these documents, the project will commence in full commitment

If approved, and you and Trail Charities agree to work together, please be aware and assured that all of Trail Charities' services are provided under legally binding contractual agreements, ensuring both parties are protected, and all agreed terms between both parties are met.
